Processing of Recycled Compound
At NG manufacturing facility , we follow a rigorous process to produce high-quality recycled PVC compounds. Our process ensures that our recycled PVC compounds meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and sustainability.
Process:
- 1. Collection and Sorting: We collect post-consumer PVC waste from various sources and sort it to separate PVC from other plastics and contaminants.
- 2. Cleaning and Shredding: The sorted PVC materials are cleaned and shredded into small pieces to increase their surface area.
- 3. Granulation: The shredded PVC is then granulated into a uniform powder.
- 4. Compounding: The PVC powder is mixed with additives, such as stabilizers, lubricants, and fillers, to enhance its properties.
- 5. Extrusion: The compounded PVC mixture is then melted and formed into a pellet shape through an extrusion process.
